Thinking of selling your home yourself?
I get it.
After all, why give the money to "a real estate agent?"
The fact of the matter is, sometimes, it can make a lot of sense to sell your home yourself. And I have worked with a number of people who have done just that.
There are a number of things to consider:
Do you have the time?
Do you have the expertise?
Is your property already in great shape?
Is the title unencumbered?
Are you good with legal documents?
Are you okay with all of the extra work that you will be doing?
Are you good with talking to a lot of people who are looking to offer way below your asking price?
Do you understand the additional liability to accept when you choose to sell your home yourself?
If your answer is yes to all of the above, then I want to help you. Seriously!
