Today, more and more home sellers are recognizing the need for a quality home inspection well before they begin to accept offers on the home. 

All too often home sellers skip this potentially critical part of their home marketing process and end up with it costing them a lot of money or even resulting in the cancellation of the transaction!

As soon as I accept the listing on your home, scheduling a sellers home inspection is right at the top of the list of our "to do" sheet. I want to make sure that you know all the things you should about what a buyers home inspector is likely to find. Then I work with you to determine what if any corrections or repairs need to be made. 

When the buyers make their offer, I give them and their agent a copy of the your sellers inspection report and the list of the corrections or fixes that were made. Because I only recommend the most professional home inspectors, their report will create the baseline for what you are willing to do. If they identify discrepancies that you have already repaired the buyers home inspector will literally be confirming the corrections and great condition your home is in.
